Just email us at hello@dozedays.co with a photo of the item, a description of the issue, and your order number within seven (7) days of receipt of purchase so we can assist you with the entire process. Should there be a complication regarding the replacement item such as lack of stock, you may also opt to claim store credit in the amount of your purchase.
